From June 23 to 25, 2026, the 17th Annual Meeting of the New Champions—also known as the Summer Davos Forum—was held in Dalian, Liaoning Province. Chinese Premier Li Qiang attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote address. Premier Li emphasized that “to pursue innovation is to pursue development, to plan for innovation is to plan for the future.” He noted that China’s innovation has been forged through relentless internal effort, driven by real-world application across countless industries, and nurtured by a thriving ecosystem.
Under the theme “Scaling Innovation,” this year’s forum brought together over 1,700 leaders from government, business, and academia across more than 90 countries and regions to the shores of the Yellow and Bohai Seas. The event focused on frontier fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, new energy, and biotechnology, featuring five core tracks: Trade Transformation, China Economic Outlook, Technology in the Real Economy, The Future of Work, and Driving Competitive Energy Transitions. Several high-impact reports were released during the forum, including the Energy Transition Index and the Top 10 Emerging Technologies. This marked the ninth time Dalian has hosted the Summer Davos Forum.
Mr. Zhang Jizhou, Deputy General Manager of Haosen, was invited to attend the forum. As a core member of the company’s leadership team, he listened to Premier Li’s keynote speech and engaged in in-depth discussions with global industry leaders on the integration of AI and intelligent manufacturing.
Dr. Li Jiong, Head of Haosen Intelligent R&D Center and General Manager of Shenzhen Haoling Robot, also participated in the event. In an interview, Dr. Li stated:
“The automotive industry is a cornerstone of China’s national economy. This approach provides a replicable, real-world blueprint for the industry’s evolution from rigid automation to flexible intelligence.”
Rooted in Dalian, specialized in vertical domains, focused on industrial applications, and expanding globally—Haosen is writing a new chapter in the era of industrial embodied intelligence through determined execution and technological excellence.
