Project Composition

This turnkey project encompasses a fully automated stator production line and integrated support systems, enabling end-to-end manufacturing—from insulation paper insertion, precision coil forming, automated pin insertion and pressing, pin spreading, pin end twisting and trimming, precision pin welding, BUSBAR welding, varnish coating and curing, to final electrical testing.
